About Course

Much of Zambia’s tomatoes are grown by a large number of smallholder farmers. Tomato production is a growing category worldwide, with consumers demanding a wider range of innovative, value-added products, however, athough production of tomatoes is increasing, the growth of tomato processing industry is slow. MoCaT in collaboration with Moringa Development Corporation and The Teacher’s Village have created  value addition training to help bridge this gap. The training will cover;
