PEAS (www.peas.org.uk) is a fast-growing not for profit with a mission to ‘expand access to sustainably delivered quality secondary education across Africa’. We deliver quality education at a low cost, so that we can educate the poorest rural communities in Zambia.

We have three great role opportunities and are looking for high performing, passionate individuals to join us on this exciting and challenging journey to make our mission a reality.

1. School Support Officer (SSO) – Ndola

As SSO for the Ndola cluster of schools, you will be leading the schools to success through the direct delivery of support and supervision, you will be improving schools’ performance by working alongside our school staff and supporting them to make improvements

2. Safeguarding Officer (SO)

As SO, you will responsible for driving improvements in child protection, adult safeguarding and inclusion across the PEAS network and organisation in Zambia. You will be the champion for child protection, safeguarding and inclusion; ensuring best practice in the prevention and response to safeguarding cases and inclusion of marginalised groups are considered in all our work.

3. Grants Specialist (GO)

As GO, you will be fundamental in coordinating the reporting and delivery of PEAS’ and EPG’s institutional grants in Zambia, such as the USAID EduFinance project. The Grants Specialist role will be a shared resource between PEAS Zambia and EPG and will play a key role in supporting PEAS Zambia and EPG with this exciting new grant.
